Lost Your Mailbox Key?
Mailboxes are the property of the US Postal Service. To get a replacement key you will need to go to the Copperfield Annex Post Office at 8825 Hwy 6 N, 77095 between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm on Monday-Friday or 8:00am-1:00pm on Saturday. Bring with you a document showing you live at the residence (copy of a utility bill, lease, etc.) and a government issued picture ID. There is a  $35.00 fee for the keys, payable in check or cash. It takes a few days to have the keys made, so don't delay. If you have any questions, you can call the Copperfield Annex Post Office at 281-859-9014.

iWatchHarrisCounty Crime Reporting Tool
Harris County Sheriff, Adrian Garcia, has launched a new crime reporting tool that allows you to provide crime tips and leads to the Harris County Sheriff' Office using your smart phone or the Internet. By using this tool, you can help prevent or solve crimes by reporting suspicious persons and activities - anonymously if you'd like, from anywhere, anytime. Please read how to use this application by clicking here.

MILD DROUGHT CONDITION Continue
Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 155 continues the "Mild Drought Conditions" for our community. This condition relies on residents to voluntarily reduce all outdoor water usage. The district recommends that residents limit their watering to even-numbered days for residents with even-numbered addresses, and odd-numbered days for residents with odd-numbered addresses. The district also ask that outdoor water use be limited between the peak hours of 6:00am and 10:00am and between the hours of 6:00pm and 12:00am (midnight). As drought conditions affect us all, each household should strive to conserve water usage as much as they can. Click here to view the MUD #155 Notice of Drought Conditions letter.

Deed Restriction Violations will resume for unsightly yards
A recent inspection of our neighborhoods has revealed that many yards are in need of attention. The Board is asking all residents to take a good look at your yard and, if needed, please take the steps necessary to revitalize your lawn, trim your trees and shrubs and remove weeds and debris. The continuing drought is no excuse for maintaining a presentable lawn and yard. Don't become a statistic on our Deed Restriction Violation Report. Please take action now!

House Alarm Reminder
If you have an active, monitored alarm system, please read this important notice from the Harris County Alarm Detail. Failure to maintain a valid permit can result in a fine of $500.00. Please click here to read the notice.

~ Pool & Park News ~
Pool Season: April 1st - October 31st

Pools Are Closed!
Our pools are closed for the season. We will reopen the pools on April 1, 1012. The board would like to thank Jeff Herrold, the owner of Wheatstone Pool & Park Service LLC, for the outstanding job this past year in keeping our pools sparkling, our equipment operating and the area clean. His dedication is appreciated by all.

As always, we ask that you do your part to help keep our pools and parks safe. Report any vandalism or unusual activity to the Sheriff Department's non-emergency phone number, 713-221-6000. If you need a new or replacement pool card, please see the notice below.

Pool Keys Not Needed Anymore!
The keys which provided access to the pool restrooms will no longer be needed. The existing restroom door locks will be removed and access to the restrooms will no longer require a key. Deadbolts will be installed so the restrooms can be locked during the off-season. This action is being taken because the cost to continually repair the vandalism to the locks has become excessive.

New or Replacement Pool Cards
Pool cards can only be issued to registered web site members. If you are not a member, please register by clicking here before reading any further.

For those new residents who need a pool card or existing residents needing a replacement, log in to this web site (top left on the home page). Select the Forms link (from the menu on the left side of every page). Complete and submit the Pool Card Request form. You will be contacted with instructions on how to get your card.
