New Board Member
Please welcome Michael Till to the WVHOA Board of Directors. There are still two open board positions. If you would like to give back a little to our community, please conside becoming a director. Contact us if you would like to volunteer or have any questions. 

ACC Applications
ACC application procedures are in place snd ACC applications will be required for any exterior changes, additions or improvements. This includes roof repairs/ replacement, tree replacement and fence repairs/replacement. Materials must be in accordance with the ACC Guidelines.

Please remember that fence heights cannot exceed 6-1/2". Our covenants require each property to have two trees in the front yard. That requirement will be enforced but adequate time will be given for tree replacement.

Pools Reminder
The pools are open until October 31st. Please observe the posted rules. Do not let minors swim unattended. Help us keep our pools safe. Report any vandalism to the Sheriff's Department at 713-221-6000.
