New Playground Equipment - Coming this year!
A recommendation by the Playground Equipment committee has been reviewed and accepted by the Board of Directors. All three of our parks will be getting new playground equipment and accessories later this year. The Board would like to thank the members of the committee, Director Jacqui Pettitt and Coppercreek I resident, Robbie Seay, for their dedication and hard work on this project.
Alarm Permit Reminder
Harris County has requested us to remind all residents of the need to obtain a permit for operating an alarm system within unincorporated Harris County. Obtaining the required permit will avoid the issuance of a citation and excessive false alarm fees. Should you require a copy of the permit application form, or would like to review the regulations regarding permit requirements, you may do so by obtain the form from our website by clicking here or visiting the Alarm Detail web page of Harris County Sheriff's Office website, The application can be printed from either website, then completed and mailed to our office with the applicable fee. Should you have any questions, please contact the Alarm Detail office at 713-755-4600 during normal business hours.
Pool Card Problems?
All pool cards were deactivated earlier this year when the system was updated. If your pool card does not work, you must do two things. First, log in to the web site and be sure your profile information is correct. Never registered before? Click here to register. Second, go to the Contacts Us page and send a message to the HOA Board telling us your card number. The card number can be found on the back of the card (photo) in the lower left corner. It starts with either 4, 5 or 6 zeroes. You will be advised as to when your card will be activated.
If you need a new or replacement card/key, see the "New or Replacement Pool Cards and Keys" notice below. No username and password, see the last item in this column.
Just a Reminder!
The pools and parks open at 9:00AM and close at 10:00PM. Anyone in the parks or pools outside of these hours is considered trespassing. The Sheriff Department is strictly enforcing these hours. Please inform all your family members of this policy. Please observe the posted rules. Do not let minors swim unattended. Help us keep our pools safe. Report any vandalism or unusual activity to the Sheriff's Department at 713-221-6000.
