Our community website was developed to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community. Easter Egg Hunt - Sunday March 29th

This year’s Easter egg hunt has been scheduled for Sunday, March 29th. Please see Upcoming Events for details. 

Spring Garage Sale - Saturday April 18th -

The WVHOA Board has again voted on a variance for a one-day garage sale in the spring. The date of the Spring Garage Sale is Saturday, April 18th from 8:00am to 1:00pm. Ads will be placed in local publications and signage will be erected on Longenbaugh. Additionally, signs will be posted at the sub-division entrances on the day of the sale. Any unauthorized signs posted by residents will be removed. There will be no community pickup after the sale, so please dispose of your remaining items responsibly. Remember, residents are restricted from having individual garage sales on any other date or time.

Board Member Needed!

One of the WVHOA Board of Directors will be moving soon and the position will be open. If you would like to give back a little to our community, please consider becoming a director. Contact us if you would like to volunteer or have any questions. 

Deed Restriction Violation Policy

The Board of Directors is responsible to enforce adherence to the the Architectural Control Committee regulations. In doing so, the Board established its deed restriction policy in accordance with Section 209 of the Texas Property Code.

The resolution setting forth the policy states:
1. Impartial inspections and at least 2 notification letters on the violation
2. Notice of Non-Compliance, including right to a hearing, mailed certified and first class, from the Association  through its agent, SCS Management Services, Inc.
3. Hearing
4. Attorney Demand Letter
5. Lawsuit
6. Reimbursement of all fees, charges and attorney fees as provided by law

The cost of these enforcement steps is paid by the Association and charged back to the account of the delinquent homeowner for reimbursement to the Association. It is the Board's desire to enforce the policy effectively and impartially. Forget Your Password?
Are you having a problem accessing the restricted area of the web site because you forgot your password? It's easy to get it sent to you. On the Login page, select the Forgot Password link and your password will be sent to you. Your Username is the email address you used to register for the site. Even if your email address changes, your Username will still be valid. If your email address changes, be sure to access Your Profile and make any changes to your information.

Waste Collection Service Reminder
Residents are encouraged to review the Waste Services Contract Guidelines for a complete list of accepted and not accepted items along with other important information about the new service. Pay particular attention to Exhibit C.

Lost Your Mailbox Key?
Mailboxes are the property of the US Postal Service. To get a replacement key you will need to go to the Copperfield Annex Post Office at 8825 Hwy 6 N, 77095 between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm on Monday-Friday or 8:00am-1:00pm on Saturday. Bring with you a document showing you live at the residence (copy of a utility bill, lease, etc.) and a government issued picture ID. There is a  $35.00 fee for the keys, payable in check or cash. It takes a few days to have the keys made, so don't delay. If you have any questions, you can call the Copperfield Annex Post Office at 281-859-9014.

Lost and Found
Items found in Wheatstone Village can be turned in to the Association. Use the Contact Us page to report your find. A found notice will be posted here. To claim an item, call SCS Management at 281-463-1777 and ask to speak with Alicia Newby or Rebekah Talley. No items have been turned in recently. This section is not intended as a pet lost and found. Use the Message Board to post a notice.

Pools Open For the Season
Friday, April 3rd
Spring Garage Sale

A one-day garage sale is scheduled for the residents of Coppercreek I, Coppercreek II, Cloverfield, and Copperstone on Saturday, April 18th from the hours of 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Ads will appear in the Northwest Community Newsletter, Houston Chronicle, and the Greensheet. Our banners will be erected on Longenbaugh and  signs will be posted at the neighborhood entrances. Remember, residents are restricted from having individual garage sales on any other date or time.

~ Pool & Park News ~
2015 Pool Season: April 3rd - October 31st
There are 3 pools available to all Wheatstone Village residents. They are located in Copperstone  at 7914 Copperstone, in Cloverfield at 16430 Chimneystone and between Coppercreek I & II at 16502 Wellers Way.
Pool Will Open April 3rd
All three pools are closed and locked until April 3, 2015. Even though the pools are closed, we ask that you do your part to help keep our pools and parks safe. Report any vandalism or unusual activity to the Sheriff Department's non-emergency phone number, 713-221-6000. If you need a new or replacement pool card, please see the notice below.
Pool Keys Not Needed Anymore!
The keys, which provided access to the pool restrooms, are no longer needed. The restroom door locks have been removed. Deadbolts will be installed so the restrooms can be locked during the off-season. This action was taken because the cost to continually repair the vandalism to the locks became excessive.
Need a New or Replacement Pool Card?
Pool cards can only be issued to registered web site members. If you are not a member, please register by clicking here before reading any further.
For those new residents who need a pool card or existing residents needing a replacement, log in to this web site (top left on the home page). Select the Forms link (from the menu on the left side of every page). Complete and submit the Pool Card Request form. You will be contacted with instructions on how to get your card.
Pool Card Problems
If your pool card does not work, the first thing to do is make sure the card is being inserted correctly. The blue Secura Key writing must be facing you and the arrow must be up when you place the card on the reader. If it is still not working, go to the Contacts Us page and send a message to the HOA Board telling us the date and time you attempted to use the card, which pool(s) you tried to access and your card number. The card number can be found on the back of the card (photo) in the lower left corner. It starts with either 4, 5 or 6 zeroes. You will be contacted about your card.
