Mild Drought Conditions Continue
Even though the drought conditions in our area are easing, Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 155 continues the "Mild Drought Conditions" for our community. This condition relies on residents to voluntarily reduce all outdoor water usage. The district recommends that residents limit their watering to even-numbered days for residents with even-numbered addresses, and odd-numbered days for residents with odd-numbered addresses. The district also ask that outdoor water use be limited between the peak hours of 6:00am and 10:00am and between the hours of 6:00pm and 12:00am (midnight). As drought conditions affect us all, each household should strive to conserve water usage as much as they can. Click here to view the MUD #155 Notice of Drought Conditions letter.
Deed Restriction Violations - Unsightly Yards

The Board is asking all residents to take a good look at your yard and, if needed, please take the steps necessary to revitalize your lawn, trim your trees and shrubs and remove weeds and debris. The continuing drought is no excuse for maintaining a presentable lawn and yard. Don't become a statistic on our Deed Restriction Violation Report. Please take action now!
